Wal-Mart announced that they will reshape Black Friday this year through three different savings activities, instead of the single event that is usually held during the Thanksgiving holiday. Please continue to read the timeline of sales and featured products.

In order to adapt to the changing shopping environment during this holiday period, Walmart will provide an "improved Black Friday savings event that provides customers with incredible prices that customers expect from retailers in a new way to help provide safer, more secure Convenient shopping experience. The health and safety of customers and employees is Wal-Mart's top priority. In order to provide a safer shopping experience, all Walmart stores will open at 5 a.m. local time on the Black Friday in-store event day.

Customers will enter the store in a straight line. Employees will distribute sterilized shopping carts to customers to help maintain social distancing, and health ambassadors will be arranged to greet customers at the entrance and remind them to wear masks.

During these in-store Black Friday events, Wal-Mart will measure the number of customers entering the store to help reduce congestion and promote social distancing in the store. Customers will be guided to shop on the right side of the aisle so that they can easily and safely select the Black Friday items they are interested in buying.

Wal-Mart has launched a new membership program that provides unlimited store free shipping, fuel discounts, Scan & Go shopping, and more.
