Tumble Wheel Shot Blasting Machine with Rubber Belt
Introduction:
It is a tumble belt conveyor machine designed and built as fully integrated blast cleaning system. It provides a cost-effective solution for batch cleaning, deburring, descaling, decoring, deflashing and peening a wide variety of products including: Ferrous and non-ferrous castings, heat treated forgings, small automotive parts, die castings, fasteners...and much more.
Features:
★ It uses high speed cantilever centrifugal type turbine blast wheels, which highly improve cleaning effect and efficiency. All blast wheels are dynamic balance checked, which makes it has less vibration and noise.
★ Material of blades, abrasive distributor, and control cage is high chrome, which can be used over 500 hours. Another option is Taiwan made special material blades, which has 1000-1600 hours lifetime.
★ The tumble belt has rubber material and manganese steel.
★ Pulse jet bag type dust collector, dust remove efficiency is over 99%. Good for environmental protection. A cartridge type dust collector can control the dust concentration under 50 mg/m3.
★ Automatic loader for massive continuous production connected to a production line. (Optional)
★ Air cylinder driven door, easy operation and good sealing.
