Keystone Koating recently installed an upgraded in-line primer booth at its Lititz, Pa., location. The company has two conveyor lines with in-line primer booths that offer three types of primer based on the type of material: zinc-rich primer for steel, OGF primer for cast or galvanized material, and KW primer for aluminum. The lines can handle parts up to 1,000 lbs. and up to 20 ft. long, 6 ft. high, and 3 ft. wide.

The company also has added a monorail blast system at the Lititz plant. A third full-time employee has been added in the blast room to assist with part loading and unloading.
